IRC channel for awesome talks

Hi people,

I’m a python developer, with little experience in Go, but I’ll catch up quick.

I bought the Hexa, because I wanted a fun project. Creating some mad WAN controlled surveillance bot. I think it’s hard to get the conversation started here. Share my experiences, learn from yours.
But I don’t know if it’s the format of this forum or if it’s the lack of people. It just seems so… deserted. Anyone out there? I personally like to use, IRC, because it’s so basic and you just chat and people respond (assuming anyone is connected).

So… Is there an existing IRC channel for Hexa devs? If not, would you be interested in me creating one on freenode?

I’d also like to have a more active forum for HEXA devs. Good question: is it the forum site or lack of active devs? Not sure how a separate IRC channel would attract more devs than this official forum, but might be worth a try. Personally, I’m partial to Slack as it is integrated into my dialy routine already, but that is fairly subjective and faces the same challenge of discoverability.
