Hi Simon, we’ve tried to get to your situation at our test-phone but it didn’t recur. We’re going to check it more widely so we need you help here. We need to know your smartphone model so that we could test by ourselves. In addition, it would be better to describe the wireless network you were connecting to in details. (e.g. Location, with or without VPN, WAP and so on) We don’t exclude the possibility of that the exception was due to network configuration. Our developer team will start working on this very soon if it was verified to be a bug. Then hopefully it will be fixed in the next release.
I understand that in this situation you won’t be able to activate the HEXA. But before activation, there is no path accessing to the HEXA. For now, maybe you could try to activate the HEXA by an iOS device? Once complete activation, you could connect to HEXA by SSH (Open Developer mode in HEXA -> Settings) as well as set about Skills via MIND CLI.
