According to your description, we suggest for you to reset your HEXA, then activate HEXA again.
For the reset procedure you can follow the steps on the page 28 of HEXA User Guide.
In the period of activation, please make sure the Internet connection is stable and HEXA’s battery is fully charged. After HEXA scans the QR code successfully (solid blue light), please wait a moment for the upgrade on the App, HEXA is required to upgrade MIND to 0.6.0 so that it can work normally.
