Vincross ID is not a trusted user of this HEXA

When I try to create the ‘helloworld’ sample skill, and issue the ‘mind run’ command, I get the following error:

“You haven’t configured Vincross ID or the configured Vincross ID is not a trusted user of this HEXA.”

I did notice that, when I click my name in the upper left corner of the Developer Bridge, and select ‘Account’, it briefly opens a red box saying “Developer Infor Not Found”.

I’m not sure what to try next.

When doing mind login <email> <password> in the powershell, make sure to use the login credentials (email address and password) you have set on the hexa’s app.
